sorry, it is not support on release 4. It is support on 5.0 and up.

Does anyone already have this application installed? I am taking a look at it and it looks like my company is going to purchase the app. What I am curious about is the ease of administration or if the app is "touchy".

Any info would be welcomed.

I am currently running the IP version of the Call Recorder and the Quality Monitoring. Once it's setup correctly, you should not have a problem. The company did not purchase the archive manager and now we have to come up with a method to archive the calls.
