Absolute beginner question on ACD

Sorry for the newbie question, but I am trying to understand what options I have to collect real-time ACD queue data from an 11C running 25.4

The company does not have Symposium or any other ACD administration / reporting packages and I'd like to try and help the call center agents with some basic information on queue and agent activity. Is there a good source for how the basic ACD reporting options should be configured to provide real-time data rather than the 30 second summary I'm currently seeing over the serial port?

no other method that I am aware of to collect that data.

MerACD will help but wont give you real time data, I think you need to have a 2216 set to see live data.
MA will automatically collect data, and give you advanced and historical information on queues and agents and positions, longest call etc... for Nortel Meridian ACD C1 and C2 systems.

It will be available October 2nd, 2006
