Hi All,

Does anyone here know the requirements to set up wallboards (LED displays) with the IPCC express and enterprise systems?

Basically, we get our wallboards custom made, so need to know what is the:
1. Interface required
2. Output format from IPCC

Anything else that might come in handy to someone who is moving to a Cisco Contact centre from a pure TDM environment.

Do you still need any help with this? I have worked on the express and enterprise with a wallboard product.

Hi Mike,

Can I ask why you are looking to set up LCD displays rather than a web based wallboard taking into account the limitations of LED based products?
