Screen Pop's.

Who uses them?

Do you like/dis like the screen pop feature?

What are you using for a data base?
This sounds very kwool for us to use in our work place. We have a Avaya S8100 do you know if its compatible with what your talking about or is it only for Definity systems?

I would like to see a screen shot or example of what you guys are talking about. If you have one!!! Newbie here! Very interesting.

We had Nortel develop an application using CCT 5 SDK to capture the caller details from IVR. We've developed our own DLL that inputs the data in our .NET based agent desktop.

We used the application before we put the agent desktop in production as well. But then we used a different DLL that inserted the call details into the backend system by simulating keystrokes.

We have also made a login feature since the agents sits on different seats / uses different terminals.

I used to work for Advatel (7 years ago). I didn't realise they sell to the Amercian market. QMC was a popular product. Very limited with what it could do due to the way it integrated.. but you get what you pay for and it's very cheap.
