| How can i prog my 61 pbx, so that the Teamleader/Supervisor phone can bargein to the Agent phone and Talk to agent (while he is on a call with the customer) -without the customer hearing. i put it this way too..... Any key we can program so that Supervisor can bargein to the agents calls (without Cusomer hearing ) and if needed press a key and then talk to the Customer(ie conference with agent and customer!!!!! | ||||||||

| Mercury,Spantom In agent phone Key 8-11 can be prog as ASP in 3905, with cls AGN . also i did supervisor phone SPV and observe key and a AGt key. Still when i pres the Emergency key/or supervisor key the call isnt gettig transferred. !!!!! both phones are in same acd. what is the operating procedure is the prog is right. I hav a succession 3. | ||||||||
