Location: Auburn Hills, MI Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Norstar programming needed in Wash DC area Installed ACD on a Flash, not sure of Flash version. ACD call routing is working properly, however when you login the indicator does not come on, the set is definetly logged. Went to another job site this afternoon with a Flash ACD and the indicator is working. Both systems are CICS. Not sure what I'm missing here. Thanks!! | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I do know that the older 8X24 ksu's would malfunction with any version of the Flashtalk with built in ACD ( which BTW was version 1.9 or higher ). In fact ITAS will not support an older DR5 based KSU with the Flashtalk ACD. They will tell you to upgrade the KSU to a MICS 2.0 or higher. You fail the indicate with version of CICS these sites are. The CICS should be at least 4.0 or higher in order to function. If there is too low a software version used, the callers will go into the queue and despite the number available agents waiting for a call ( aka OFF the phone and logged in ), the caller will remain in "ACD heaven" floating around until the caller just hangs up. Ensure that the CICS is at least 4.0 and the ACD sould work. This might be good time to get your customer to upgrade both the CICS and voicemail ( to a CallPilot 150- as the Call Center on the CallPilot works extremely well ). | ||||||||
