I use Symposium Express 3.0 with a Meridian Option 11. Just about a 1/2 hour ago agents starting complaining that they are getting a message on the display saying "Login Limit Exceeded" and they can't log in. I counted 40 people logging in. Is there a limit in Symposium or the Option 11 ACD that I'm unaware of? We have never had this issue before. Thanks!

It depends on the number of agents purchased for Symposium Express.
The Symposium Express does have a limit of 150 simultanous agents or the number of Symposium agents purchased.

It sounds like you purchased 40 agents.

this is a bit of a tricky one, whilst the meridian will let you create a new agent (if you have not run out of available digital/agent tn's) and they can logon to symposium, the problem comes when every agent set tries to logon, and some get your problem, if you look in symposium in
advanced
then in reports and displays
then
Statistic config
then
Historical Stats
look in parameters
click on agent positions

the info you need to look at is on the right in the box configured value

you maybe able to up this using the up/down arrows then press calculate
if it comes up with an error it means you are at your software limit for your current software licence so you will need to get it upgraded
