SCCS real-time displays

All of the sudden our real-time displays are 'timing out.' We used to be able to leave them open for days and it wouldn't matter. Now they time out if you don't use them in so long. Is there a way to change this setting somewhere??

What are the changes done so far on the server?

We used to have this problem for CCMA and solved it by removing the multiple entries of server with old name and new name in the HOST file.
Not sure if its useful for SCCS....

Are the displays themselves timing out or are you being forced to log in again when going back the the Launchpad?

Maybe to long after the fact, but you wouldn't have happened to install CC6 SUS0703 recently?

There is a modification in here that takes away "open ended logins" and by default gives you 20 minutes idle time before timeout.

I was advised that there was a process where you could actually vary this time. I have tried it, but have found that the upper limit seems to be between 2 and 3 hours.
