Rep Power: 0  Country:  | CPU Usage 100% Hello, I have integrated Symposium ACD with Cisco ICM ( Configured a PG) and the PG was actively communicating with the RTD/Meridian HDX Links and was in a active state. Over the time ( 3 days) PG has become idle and logs say "Meridian Link actively refused connection on port 3000". - ICM side PBX Side - CPU is on a 100% usage ans services.exe takes 100% of CPU everytime. Checked for the ServMon for ACD all the services are up and running. Will a restart solve this issue??? Any pointers on this would be helpful. Thanks, Prasaanth.Venkataraman | ||||||||
