Hello All,


I am trying to integrate Nortel Symposium ACD with Cisco ICM and have successfully activated the PG and the PG communicates with the Meridian Link, HDX and RTD.


I have configured all the components from the ICM side ( Peripheral, Service,DNIS,label et al).


When i place a call (Say for example the configured CDN in Meridien is 8000) to 8000, i get a Process Route Request message at the ICM PG as a log message:


CID: 61 from Int/3039 not found


- Link Received - "FVCall" for non configured IDN 3039.


- Link Received - "DNToAgent" for non configured IDN 3039.


I have configured DN 3039 at the ICM level but still i get the error message.


Any pointers on this error will be useful. Sorry if the doubt was generic.
