If i delete an agent, can I still get his older reports?

If i delete an agent, can I still get his older reports?

I have this doubt, because I have to clean the CCMA supervisor view removing agents that are fired. But, they still want to check the agent past activities.

Someone Knows?

if you delete an agent, it will not be available on the standard reports, but you can still get reports using database query.

better to delete an agent only if you are sure that you will not run any reports on him.

If the agent is deleted the reports cannot be run realtime.. We can fetch the history by logging on to the database.....

Databse logins can be done by Nortel engineers only...
