Location: Montreal, Canada Rep Power: 8 ![]() | Hello, We have a setup with 15 CCMS/CCMA with one NCC. On a few CCMS/CCMA we are getting errors with HDM that seems to be affecting RTD. It often resolves it self around noon and midnight but otherwise the stats are incrementing instead or refreshing. Example... I first see 15 calls waiting with 5 agents...then I see 30 calls with 10 agents....but in reality still 5 agents and around 20 calls. We have SU05 on CCMS/CCMA... Any idea on what we can look for to be able to pin point the cause?? Thanks | ||||||||
