I need to change it so that Weds the Q will be closed at 5 pm, and that Thursday and Friday they are closed all day, like a weekend schedule. Can someone please assist? TIA! JR

It looks like you use global variables (gv) to assign you times. Look at those variables in your primary scripts to see what you have them set for. (i.e. you may have something like: ASSIGN it_help_desk_tod_mon_thurs_gv TO 5:00..9:00)
