Rep Power: 7 ![]() | The following are the steps need after loading SU04. These are detailed in the readme file. If this started happening after SU04 was loaded then these steps were not done or not done correctly. 1. Go to start->run-> and type lusrmgr.msc and Add the user IUSR_SWC to IIS_WPG group, if it does not already exist 2. Launch IIS Manager and expand Application Pools folder. a) Right-click NT_webServicesPool and select Properties. b) Under the Identity tab, re-set the NT_WebServicesPool to run under IUSR_SWC user and enter IUSR_SWC Password. 3. Update the Security Tab on the Windows/Temp folder to Add local User: IUSR_SWC with Read Access, if it does not already exist 4. Restart the IIS Service: Go Start -> Run: type iisreset and click OK.

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | No there is not a standard or default password for that account. When the server is built the person who does the install sets the password through computer management and modifing the local user account. If you go to computer management then local users and right click on the IUSR_SWC user you can set password. But then you will need to update the password in IIS under directory security for the default web page. Otherwise no one will be able to access the CCMA webpage, they will get a security error. Do you have access to the CCMA installation and maintenance guide? If so it is all documented in there. I can point you to the correct pages if you have it. Let me know.
