Issue with CCMA

I have a co-res cc6.0. I tried to unistall the ccma and reinstall it. I get the following error. Cannot find version Info. Of contact center manager administration.

Did you un-install -- reboot -- then re-install?

If you didn't reboot - try that and it should allow you to re-install CCMA.

if you have cores server, i think it has CCMS, CCMA, LM, and SU. You should not uninstall CCMA without removing first the SU. Remove SU, remove CCMA, reinstall CCMA, reinstall SU. You should also take note of the iceadmin password. If you use a different one, CCMA will have problems after the restoration.

I removed the peps for the CCSU first then the CCSU. Then the peps for the CCMA then the CCMA. THat is where I ran into the problem.
I rebooted after each uninstall.

I reimaged the server and am rebuilding it as we speak.

I looked everwhere for what else may cause that error "Cannot find version Info. Of contact center manager administration."

And I could not find anything. Hopefully the reimage will work.
