Display on ACD Phone

Option 61 with Symposium 4.2

I have some users that when they log off the phone, there 2616 phone shows "logged out". I also have some phones that say nothing on the display. I have printed the TN for comparison and cant find any difference. THey use headsets. Anyone out there have any ideas?

Quick addition...they all log off the same way. Hitting the Make busy 2x. The Symposium setup is identical - agent, skill, threshold, etc..

Sounds like the difference between an Aries II set (gets displays) and an Aries I set (not very good in the displays at all).

The easiest way to pick the difference is that the AII serts have the letters of the alphabet on the digit keys, the AI sets do not.
