Meridian Symposium CLI getting lost on refresh & Meridian error messages.

Hi,

I have 2 problems that may be related to the same thing. They are:
1. Continuous error messages appearing on the TTY to the Meridian
2. CLI call information getting lost after a refresh of calls.

First of all I have a Meridian 1 PBX and also have Symposium CCM 6.

1. The error messages that are continuously getting outputted in to the TTY in the for the Meridian are:

*Vas008 09/06/08 13:03:32 691980
0PRDATA: ADMIN VSID 9 CUST – TIME & Date 13:03:32 09/06/200

*AUD370 09/06/0813:03:32 691981
0PRDATA: VSID 9 CUST –

*TIM0000 09/06/08 13:15:00 691982
0PRDATA: 13:15 9/6/2008 CPU 0

2. When I have a call that comes in to the Meridian bypassing Symposium the CLI of a call remains the same, but when I have a Symposium call after around 60 seconds it seems as though there is a refresh of the line with the call which causes my application to lose CLI information, but the CLI Information remains true at all times on the LCD display of the phone.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop the error messages and solve the problem that I am experiencing with what looks like a call/line refresh.

Recently our Meridian switch was unexpectedly disconnected, and coincidently we only noticed the Meridian messages since then.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

B.
