Section Message loop

I need to change a script to send callers to a mailbox if they wait 4 minutes, along with a message every 30 seconds giving them the option to leave a message. There is a section message loop in the script. If I put a Give IVR command after the EXECUTE MESSAGE_LOOP command, will it work? I don't think so, but I've been wrong many, many times.

Here's what I'm working with:

QUEUE TO SKILLSET THERASCRIBE
WAIT 2
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1978 (all reps busy, press 1 to leave message)
GIVE MUSIC MUSIK
WAIT 30
SECTION MESSAGE_LOOP
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979 (all reps still busy, press 1 to leave message)
WAIT 30

IF NOT QUEUED THEN QUEUE TO SKILLSET THERASCRIBE
WAIT 2
END IF

EXECUTE MESSAGE_LOOP

I would really rather not end up with this, but I don't know any other way to do it:

QUEUE TO SKILLSET THERASCRIBE
WAIT 2
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1978 (all reps busy, press 1 to leave a message)
GIVE MUSIC MUSIK
WAIT 30
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979 ( all reps still busy, press 1 to leave a message)
WAIT 30
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979
WAIT 30
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979
WAIT 30
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979
WAIT 30
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979
WAIT 30
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979
WAIT 30
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979
WAIT 30
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 4991

The best thing is make a copy of the exsisting script and send to test queue. Then apply your changes and see if it validates. test, test, test to see if you accomplished what you are looking for.

In your loop section do a check on the age of the call, if its more than 240 second old send it to the mail box.

When I try to validate, I'm getting an error on the last line. What am I missing?

Error: An end of file is encountered in the script in the middle of a statement.

Here is the end of the script, the wait_loop

SECTION wait_loop

IF AGE OF CALL > 240 THEN
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 4991
ELSE
GIVE IVR 1007 WITH TREATMENT 1979
WAIT 30
END IF

EXECUTE wait_loop

Send a message via MSN to Kalahary-Harry
Instead of giving a treatment, instruct to ROUTE CALL at the end. That gives you an exit out of your script. I think some how your call is in an infinite loop.
