Agent Desktop Display

CCM 6.0
Came in on Monday and the realtime display was locked up. Agent desktop display did not work either. Reset server and realtime came up no problem but the agent desktop display didn't. I still get an error stating the server couldn't log you on....... Any suggestions?

Are you talking about CCT agent desktop? Or ADD Tabular display?

Does your IT network admin guy have an alibi between Friday evening and Monday morning? Any changes in network, security policies etc?

did some one turn off multicasting in your CLAN ?
or did someone change the CCMA send IP adress ?
the other services i would check would be
CCMS_SDP service
IceRTD Service

and also D:\nortel\ICCM\bin
try the MRCV.ini and MRCV.exe tests

and the Multicast tracetool tests
if you didnt know how to run this, i'll make a detailed post later
im too lazy now
