Estimated Call Wait Time

Ok I have a tough one.
I need to be able to tell callers that their expected wait time is 1 minute, 2 minutes etc...
Here is what I do know.
I need to remove a few of my lines from call pilot and build a ACD group with those lines. I then need to acquire these line with Symposium. With a script I need to send that call to call pilot to be played a specific greeting (1 minutes, 2 minutes, etc...)
I think I can figure out the scripting but I have no clue how to build these in the switch and get it to communicate with Call Pilot. Do I build it like a service directory number in Call Pilot?
I have SCCS 5.0 , Call Pilot 4.5 and my switch is Secession 4.0

Thanks John

I'm not sure in SCCS 5. But in CCMA 6.0 there is an intrinsic built into the scripting. the script syntax is EXPECTED WAIT TIME [<skillset>] [skillset_list>]

It should be fairly easy to look up if you are using the web client.

send me a PM with your e-mail address and I'll send you the PDF on scripting. Then do a search for expected wait time and it will take to the desired area.

What is your current channel configuration is Callpilot? You will need Access channels set up in callpilot to integrate with Symposium. If you don't have them already then you'll have quite a bit of work to get this accomplished. You'll need to run the config wizard to change the channels over to access and callpilot will need to be rebooted. On the Symposium side you will need to setup vloice services in the set and configuration and then reboot symposium. Everything you need to do this is documented in the M1 configuration guide in Symposium documentation.
