Terminals and Adresses have a drop down window for provider type. Selections are:

Passive which is defined in the NTP as "the terminal is used for incoming telephone calls.

or

CCMM defined as "the terminal is used for inbound and outbound voice, e-mail, and web communications contacts.

For multimedia users I believe we should be using CCMM as the provider however all of the users have been built as passive. I was told this information was migrated from SWCP and never altered.

Anyone out there got a clue or oppinion, let's hear it.
