| Junior Member | Need to Query OTM Hello! I am developing a "click-to-dial" Phone Control module using CTI software for one of our companies web sites. (Its similiar to a softphone, but we do not have voip). What I would like to do is to validate the CSR's DN and soft-DN as they sign onto use my phone interface. Is there a way for me to query OTM, get the DN, soft-DN, and Person's name so I can display it on the interface and validate that they have entered the correct numbers for their phone?
