Rep Power: 0 ![]() | password for agent login HI guys, I have a query do we have a option to enter password (Agent ID+password)... when an agent logging in a meridian phone( Exp:1140E....3905...etc....)( Setup is assumed with CC and CS1K) As of now i have seen the option like as soon as we punch in the agent ID proceeding # will directly allow the agent to login via CC( symposium) Thanks in advance..... Rep Power: 6 ![]() | In a basic setup there is no option to use a password. It only works as you described it agent id and then #. If you wanted something along those lines you would need to use a third party app or contact Nortel Professional services for them to design it for you. | ||||||||
