Rep Power: 0 ![]() | SECC 4.2- Changing an Agents Supervisor I am fairly new to SECC 4.2 and run it along side an Option 11. SECC seems to be very "Locked" down in terms of user security rights as far as I can tell. I wish to give a senior supervisor the right to change an agents assigned supervisor but its seems like the user who can do this is the "sysadmin" user. I tried the "custadmin" user and my senior supervisors logins but only the sysadmin login seems to work. Does anybody know how to change this in SECC 4.2?

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thats the problem, I cant do that right now. If I go to a supervisors user properties under the desktop tab there is a dropdown to select the "Access Class" however it is greyed out. If I try to alter the User classes directly (ex. give that user class expanded permissions) that section is greyed out as well.
