Location: Duvall, WA Rep Power: 5 ![]() | We've been having problems with emails not presenting in chronological order. My supervisor has been though the scripting to ensure priorities are all set the same for incoming messages and now has a conference call set with Nortel. I'll post back with any info they dig up. | ||||||||

Location: Duvall, WA Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Turns out there are some priorities set in the database in the CCMM that were not accounted for in the rules in the CCMS. The rules have been ammended and Nortel will be restarting some of the services tonight which is supposed to reset al the priorities and get all contacts in at the same priority level. | ||||||||
