NRDY reason codes not on Sup's Real Time Report

I have a few agents that when they put in a Not Ready Reason Code, the codes will not display on a Real Time Report that a Sup has on their desktops.

Other agents enter the same code and they are displayed. Any thoughts?

I have gone through and updated the firmware on some of the phones.

I have the same problem on our Web Server, except all phones are affected. This occurred following upgrade to sp 7. Regressed to sp 6 and still get same problem. I would be interested if anyone has a fix!

I looked at the phones that were not showing up and did a frimware "flash" and after that some started to show up. I had a few agents that were not entering the reason code correctly.
