Multiple Queue Logins

Hi,
I've got a CS1000 rls 4.5, no symposium... We want multiple queue logins and are getting rid of our MAX, so thats not an option. The NTP specifically says that "In CS1000 release 4.5, Meridian Max is not a requirement for MQA".

I've got my ADS block set up for MQA and have all of the required packages per the NTP.

Is there something I'm missing? We are trying to find related patches/pep's but if anyone has something handy, that would be great.
THANKS!!!

Were you able to log in to multiple queues before? If so, try to log in like so:

press log in key on phone set:
Enter agent ID, then [#]
Enter ACD number, then [#]
Enter a priority (between 1 and 4, then [#]
Enter next ACD number, #
Enter priority, #
Enter next ACD, #
Enter priority, #
then # again.

The phone set would now have logged in to 3 ACD's. We did find however that in order for MQA to work, you need to have the HSL active (that would be the HSL where your ACD reporting would be). We had a number of sites running like that, they used a locally developed reporting tool. Are you planning to replace MMAx with another reporting tool?

Hmmm... those darn smileys: that should read

Enter a priority (between 1 and 4 8 (forty eight), then [#]

We are not using priority when login but I may turn it on just to see if something goofy like that makes it miraculously work.

Here's my ADS block:
TYPE ADS
CUST 0
AID YES
IDLB 1111
IDUB 9999
LOG 50
MQA YES
MQAS NO
MQAP NO
MQCF NO

At this point, this location won't use any reporting tool just yet other than just the basics - eventually they will probably go to Symposium, but that's a ways off. I'll see if turning on the HSL works even though we aren't going to have anything attached.

Thanks for the suggestions - I'll let you know if they work.
