Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Scheduled Reports are not running I'm new to Nortel's Symposium Call Center Server but I'll try and give you as much information as I can. I have scheduled reports in Nortel Networks System Management Interface for Symposium Call Center Server, Version 04.01.07 on WINXP SP2. I can run the report manually and it works fine but it will not run as scheduled in the report properties. This feature used to work properly until the client PC crashed and we had to reload the software. We have tried loading the software on 2 freshly imaged PC but the scheduled reports still won't run. The details: the report is marked as active, I am trying to have the output sent to c:\temp\report.xls I have duplicated the report and am also trying to export it as a PDF and sending it directly to the printer(just trying to get something to work). Since the drives are local, I don't think it is a file read/write permission issue, but just to be safe I enabled the guest account and gave it administrative rights. The report listener is active and loads when XP starts. However, it is always empty. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice or solutions? Thanks, Joe

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | hope this helps: 1. check if the client and server date/time is sync. 2. try duplicating another report and schedule it. 3. recheck if it is activated. 4. check the event browser if there is a log concerning the client PC (report). 5. check if the client has the latest PEPs. 6. check the scheduler if the report schedule is on the list.
