Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Application Report Offered / Answered I have a couple of questions about the report totals on one our Application Performance reports. Here's the data: OFFERED = 28 ANSWERED = 20 ABANDONED = 3 ABANDONED AFTER THRESHOLD = 3 TERMINATED (AFTER HOURS VOICEMAIL/BLACKBERRY) = 7 Should OFFERED = ANSWERED + ABANDONED + TERMINATED? If so, what are we missing in our OFFERED total? In our scenerio: 28 = 20 + 3 + 7 28 not = 30 How can the OFFERED be less than ANSWERED? Thanks!

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | application report does not have a 'terminated' field, which is in the CDN report. does the cdn report also show the same values for offered/answered/etc? if this is an interval report, some of the calls offered in one interval may be answered/abandoned/terminated on the next interval. you should also consider the values on the adjacent intervals for matching. (kindly look this up on the FAQ)
