Activity Codes

Hello,

SCCS 6.0
Option 11C 4.5

I am trying to setup activity codes on my system. I have defined 2 test activity codes test1 and test2.

I have added the ACNT key to the phone as well.

I have made a couple of test calls and entered the activity codes. I have ran a couple of activity reports and nothing has shown up.

What am I missing?

Any help would be great.

Have you looked in the Access Classes section? Make sure that Activity Codes has read/update.

Thanks John for the reply,

I have checked the Access and I do have read and update. I am logging in with an administrator account.

How long do you have to be on the call before entering the activity code.

I have run reports showing that I have taken calls but when I run the reports for Activity codes it comes up blank.

maybe the activity codes are not being entered correctly...
during a call, ACNT key is blinking, press ACNT key, enter activity code, press ACNT key again.
you can enter the activity code anytime during a call.

Under Configuration - Historical Statistics - there is an option to Collect the following statistics for CALL FLOW. I had to check off Activity codes and now everything works great.
