Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi there, May be you can help. We have CC6 and Callpilot 4.0 A customer asked me to have 1 mailbox for his department, which has about 25 phone's. As far as I know you can only assign 8 numbers to one mailbox in callpilot. So I thought to use CC6 scripting to get rid of the original called DN and redirect to a single mailbox. I am not sure but I though this was possible in CC4.2 by a "route call to an other DN" which was dcfw to callpilot. But in CC6 it seems that this trick does not work any more. I know it is possible with the application builder of Callpilot, but since in application builder you do not have a good survey of your 'programs'. We decided to have all our programming in CC6. So basically I want some suggestion on how to get rid of the original called DN. Who has any idea? | ||||||||
