Location: Olney, Maryland Rep Power: 6 ![]() | agent in not ready - no one at the office Hello, i have symposium que where the out of service treatment (execute after hours) sends the call to a group cell phone. problem is the supervisor (locked office) did not log out (not ready). i believe that i have tried everything to log this person out with no success. i have heard that there is no way log out an agent remotely. is this true ? | ||||||||

Location: Olney, Maryland Rep Power: 6 ![]() | i went into the pbx, disabled the set (which logged it out of the acd que on the pbx) but it was still in not ready on symposium. the que in symposium that i needed to take out of service (when eveyone logs out) remained in service. the fellow who had the on call phone (out of service treatment in symposium) had to drive in and log his super out. not sure if i am missing something on this particular issue or maybe designed it this way. thanks for the reply idelo | ||||||||

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | i have not tested this but maybe you can try deacquiring the phoneset first before disabling/enabling the TN. you can also try configuring the out of hours treatment. even if there are logged agents, calls will be forced to be routed to the celfone number after office hours. | ||||||||
