Location: Clearwater, Florida Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Real Time Display Problem Hi, we are running CCMA 6.0 at three of our locations. We just did a new switch/server install at a third location last week. When I try to access real time displays for the new server that was added I can not retrieve data. The other server displays are coming up fine and the historical reporting looks good for the new server. I'm receiving "The system could not retrieve any data from the server because either the server connection is down, or there are currently no skillsets logged in. If the server is working, then try launching the display again later. Transmit Mode = Multicast & Unicast" The server is up and I have agents logged into the skillsets, the trouble shooting guide in the Installation and Maintenance Guide doesn't give much help. Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated... Thanks! | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You mean the CCMS and CCMA are on different locations? You have 1 CCMA managing 3 CCMS? - multicast should be enabled on the link (routers, switches). - try adjusting the OAM timeout setting on the CCMA. (I think max is 30 seconds) - you should be able to ping the CCMA hostname (not the IP). Check DNS settings. You can also add the hostname on the client's hosts file. - try running the RTD on the CCMA server. If it does not work, try adjusting the TTL setting on the CCMS. goodluck! | ||||||||
