What would cause this info in Call-by-Call

I am attempting to attach a Word doc that has screen captures of my call by call data. I don't know if that is working. You see, I am getting Event Browser errors, [Skillset/agent script command failed (14.SS/Agt:10193.Call id:17958237.File:.\uc.cpp/doASMResponse : line 5255)] of this nature. When I look up the Callid number, it is listed as a Transferred call. Then when I look at the other side of the call it all looks normal. Could this error be generating when the caller hits a menu service that then routes the call to the Symposium server? Is that hop a true transfer?

I think the script command error appears because the call was requeued to the same skillset.
