Location: Near Pluto's third Moon Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Observe Feature We currently have a sup that does observe on some agents.There are a couple that she can't.When she hits the Observe key and inputs the extension we get a fast busy.I have looked at the programming and it looks the same as others. This is freaky....I am having the same problem. I got on this site and was going to ask the same question. I even went through all the other Sup's and did a trace on their TN's to see if they were observing the agent I'm having problems with. I did a DACR AGN <agent tn> in LD 48 still getting a busy. I replaced the phone, still got a busy. I am going to flash the phone and see if that fixes my issue: LD 32 FDLF <agent tn> I'll let you know if that works. __________________ We need change in this country... | |||||||||

Usually, moving the phone to another TN or Outing/Perform an EDD/then rebuild on same TN also works. Rep Power: 11 ![]() | one word.."patches" even though you may have up to date DepList you may still need a patch to the SCCS. I have weird sh!t happening on my Symp Web 5.0 since we upgraded last Friday that I'm still trying to correct.
