Location: At My Place Rep Power: 5  Gender:  Country:   |  Interfacing IVR Hi all, system is 81c Rls 4.5 with symposium 5.0. Now we are planning to use a 3rd party IVR with Symposium. What Programming Should i have to do at PBX and Symposium site?? I m pretty new to this, i mean Hooking a 3rd part IVR. Presently we have 35 agents working and we are using Callpilot with symposium. To interface 3rd party IVR we bought 2 line side E1 cards, as far as i know i have to programmed these 2 E1 cards and Hooked them up with IVR. But wat other Pgming shud i have to do?? I mean CDN etc... I just need a short or basic step, I will do the rest.. Regards | ||||||||

Location: az Rep Power: 0 Gender:  Country:  | If you want reporting on your IVR "agents" you'll need to add those TNs to your Phonesets in the SCCS and acquire them. I've also created a CDN and a script for one of my customer sites to enable them to pull reports on that application. | ||||||||
