Digit Collect
I am trying to add a new Digit Collect as a script variable. I keep getting a message that, The number of items exceeds the currently configured value. Increase the configured value on the Parameters page of the Historical Configuration window and then try again.

What paramater name am I looking to increase? I do not see any that have exceeded the limit.

Sounds like you will need to add some variables through your vendor or go through and delete the variables your not using.

What parameter is it though? I see none that have a measured value that is greater than or equal to the purchased or configured value.

Maybe you exceeded the number of applications/scripts on the historical statistics...

Historical statistics was the first thing I checked. The server is configured for 50 applications, 25 of those are currently being used, and we have licensing for 505 scripts.

None of the measured values are greater than or equal to the purchased or configured values.

I have already opened up a ticket with our vendor. I will be sure to post the results of this problem when it is determined.

Symposium 5.0 only allows a maximum of 20 Call Variables created. Number 21 causes the error message I originally mentioned. No more can be purchased and no configuration change can be made to increase this amount.
