Rep Power: 6 ![]() | (rc=45320) message while services are starting Has anyone ever seen this message while each of the services are starting in the symposium server 5.0. Next to the service this message is displayed until the service starts(rc=45320) Last night I upgraded the servers patches, Service Updates and sybase and when we did the reboots we began to see this message. I believe it is a reason code but could not find any documentation on it in the NTP's. Could possibly be a microsoft message but I'm not sure.

Location: Pacifica California Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have experienced seeing the message. This happened right after I went from NN_SCCS_5.0_SU_06_S and sub PEPs up to NN_SCCS_5.0_SU_07_S plus sub PEPs. The message format fits the current format for the Event Codes format. The display of the event code in the SCCS 5.0 System Monitor display and logs looks like it is in line with Nortels effort to provide an increased amount of status detail in the Event Code message. I had saved an old screen shot of my SCCS 5.0 System Monitor display and was able to compare an old and new example. Below are the images that I saved so you can see what I have seen. Old example of the SCCS 5.0 System Monitor display: dubya ww.zmaxdp.com/Nortel/SCCS5.0S_SYSTEM_MONITOR/2005-06-24%20Old%20Symposium%20Monitor.bmp New example of the SCCS 5.0 System Monitor display: dubya ww.zmaxdp.com/Nortel/SCCS5.0S_SYSTEM_MONITOR/2008-01-09%20Current%20Symposium%20Monitor.bmp Sorry about the FU link format above. It is a limitation of PBXInfo forum security since my account has less than 15 posts..... Hope this helps out. Chris Last edited by vectrexer; 01-10-2008 at 07:35 PM.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I did see this on my upgrade attempts. What I experienced that the Sybase install was not properly validated during the install, and the first in the series of Services to Load in Memory did not load, Every Service displayed the rc=45320. I removed each component and started from Scratch, netbios name matching computer name, max paging file, all the other goodies, and completed the install from scratch again with pep 7, and all has been well. Also, now NDLOAM and NCCOAM now display Unknown rc=45320, even though disabled. Services not loaded or aborted.
