Cool User shows on web client but not on fat client
I added a supervisor in the web client, but the supervisor does not show up on the fat client.

Any ideas?

It seems like I remember this one. Something about, if you use the Fat Client that you should build your folks there and let it synch with WebClient and not the other way around. This is foggy but, try removing this person via the web and adding them back in via the fat. See if that works better for you. In the newer releases, the fat and the web clients do not really like one another very much.

Also check the Access and Partition on the Web Client. Look in the users section. This is were the Sup's are. Make sure they have the correct "rights" programed.
