Cool Basic ACD overflow

Hi,
What parameters do I have to set on an ACD queue to allow a call to be presented to an other idle agent when it's unanswered on the first one, since the agent is gone and not disconnected ?
Now, calls are ringing endlessly on the first phone they're presented to, even with idle agent nearby.
I mean with Basic ACD, not Symposium.

Change the Setting RTQT (Return to Queue Timer) to a value in the ACD Configuration, to a value between 0 and 50. This is in ringing cycles.

And set the RTQO to MSB (Make Set Busy) or NRD (Not Ready). If the phoned RTQT's from a phone, it's status will change to the RTQO option and the call will be returned to the Queue.

It works fine. Thanks.
I think I'll definitively get rid of my old paper user guide, RTQT/RTQO options are even not write in It was the last french user guide I had.
