Screen Pop application

So were going with a screen pop environment some time first quarter 2007.
We are running on Symposium 4.0 now but jumping to 6.0, not sure when though. My question: Will we have to modify all the scripts we are currently running in Symposium when we goto the screen pop's?

I'm guessing we will have to in order to make this work, yes? I know we need to get a "tool-kit" for something. This is really new to me.

I currently use ct connect for my screenpops. I did not have to change my scripts to implement.

We use an application developed in-house for screen pops. It works independent of the scripting since it relies on Symposium only for link functions. In our case, all IVR and screen pop stuff is external so essentially the audio for calls is routed by Symposium (controlled by scripting) and everything else is fed from the link data stream (not affected by scripting).

What are you using to send the caller to the correct agent? Machine ID, Login ID, POS ID?
