SWCP unable to route mails to agents

Dear Folks ,,

i have SWCP 4.0 with SCCS 5 and CCT 5.0 ,,,,,all configuration seems ok but there is no automatic routing action ,,,,,,

please help me

What do you mean by automatic routing action. Is it a script? if you at are talking about phone sets automatically going to voicemail after a couple of rings, that is done on the phone programming. Let us know more details about "automatic routing action"
