Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi everyone! I am pulling Historical Reports in Symposium for month end. I have been pulling the Agent Performance report each day and saving them. When I add up the 31 days of data from the daily reports, I will get X # of calls per agent. When I pull the Agent Performance report for the month, and ensure I have selected the date range 8/1 - 8/31, I get a much different # for the monthly calls per agent - a variance of over 20% less. Has anyone seen this before? Could it be a setting? Is it operator error? Any ideas would be most appreciated! | ||||||||
