Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Symposium Historical Reports I have been pulling month end reports from Symposium. The data is not matching (more than 20% variance) when I pull the data different ways. For example, I pull the Historical report; "Agent Performance", each day. When I add up the 31 reports for the month of August I will get X calls per agent. When I pull the same Agent Performance report for the month, and I select 8/1 - 8/31, I will get a much lower # of calls per agent. I can't understand why this would be, nor should it be different. Has anyone encountered this before? Is it a setting? Am I pulling the reports incorrectly? Any help would be most appreciated! | ||||||||
