Unhappy Fast Busy when 6 are in IVR

First off, this is my first time in this fourm. Hey guys!!

OK, I just took over as the Admin. at a new site for our company, and they have a Nortel option 11c/Meridian system I have never worked on before. I'm kind of a newbee with PBX. The new site is a tech support call center and when they get 6 calls that are still in the IVR the 7 will get a busy signal. The number of calls not in the IVR doesn't matter. I'm not sure where to look?

what is the release software is running on option 11 and what type of IVR are you working on?

As far as I can tell I'm using Symposium 4.02.06, I think it handles the IVR. The switch is Meridian /Cse 1000

Well the issues seems to be with Meridian Mail. The module that we have will only accept 6 in the IVR, or 6 ports. I would like to upgrade, but do you upgrade the cpu, or the DVP?? We are using

ntak14ba = cpu
ntak15ab = dvp

Trying to find out has been hard, and the vendors I have talked to have not been any help. I would like to get atleast 12-18, but can not for some reason get an answer out of nortel or our local vendor on the above questions.
