error:There was an error while trying to print report!invalid formula text
Hi,

I have modified the Agent Performance report and included afew agents under iAgentPerformanceStat.

When i tried to open the report, for selected dates, i get the following error msg: There was an error while trying to print report! Invalid formula text. This only happens for selected dates. ie: When i select a date range for daily report for 18 Aug 2006 12:00 Am to 18 Aug 2006 11:45pm, i am able to view the report. But when i enter 15 Aug 2006 12:00 Am to 15 Aug 2006 11:45pm, I get the aforementioned error. This happens for afew other date range for both daily and interval reports.

Is there anything that i missed out in the formula?
Btw, im using crystal report 9 to edit and save the reports. and I have changed the formulas to display all the records in seconds.

Hi,

Is there a need to reboot the symposium after uploading a report. I never do for it the previous reports.
