Need help on Symposium Certification
Hi Everybody

I am working as Nortel Voice Engineer and handing system of CS1000E and CS1000S. I like to do the certification of Symposium which is going to close by this Dec06. Exam no 920-146. I need help from all of u who have done symposium certification. Pl guide me if any books available on it or which NTPs can be read for it. If u pl mention the NTPs no then it will help me lot. Beside this is there any dump available for it.

Please help me. I have to done it by Dec 06.

That's rls 5.0 which is being retired in December. Write the rls 6 exams. Read the I & M pdf and the admin pdf and you will pass.

The techsupport cert has much more admin stuff on it.

You can download all the NTP's for Symposium from the nortel website. Good Luck with the exam. (Are you allowed to just write the exam, or do you have to pay for a course too?)

You can just right it. $149 usd. If you have no experience or training on the product you are just wasting your money.

For those in a single server setup, there are Networking questions as well.

Nortel is now offering a free attempt at certification for most training courses
The courses for which certifications will be provided are
1.CS1000
2.Call Pilot
3.Contact Center 6.0
