CC6 - CCMA Install problem

I am trying to install CCMA co-res with CCMS and Licensing Server. Part way through the install of CCMA i get the error:

1720: There is a problem with the windows install package.

See attachment.

Now I have all the hotfixes installed. CCMS is running fine and can be accessed via the traditional thick client.

So can any body point me in the right direction.

Last week I installed two co-resident systems (CCMS+CCMA+CCLS) but did not get this error. Did you copy the CCMS SU2 and SUS201 and SUS202 to the D-drive before installing the CCMS?

I did copy the SU2 onto the D drive. But not the SUS. Is it OK to run them seperately and try the install of CCMA again ?

i did them separately, it should be ok, as long as you didn't skip any.

Sorted.

I have sorted the problem.

Never, never never believe the customer.

Having given the customer all the information ie Needs IIS installed with web services. Did the customer have it. NO. IIS with SMTP, NNTP, FTP. But NO WWW.

Made sure WWW was in and hey presto all works.

Why would you even let the customer build the server? If I recevie a server the customer has built first thing I do is re-install the OS from scratch and format all drives.

Unfortunately that is the way we work. Customers will not pay for the extra time for OS install. Doing the OS install with all patches etc could add an extra half to one day to the install.

Hi All,
I did the CCMS, CCMA,CCSU,CCLM on one server its working fine the problem, Its working only IE 6.0 If i will try on IE 7.0 its not working what could be the problem?
