Symposium Link

Can anyone tell me about Symposium Link? Is Link the application server that provides interfaces to third party voice/data applications? What interfaces does it give?

Link gives you the ability to use information from the switch to interact with external applications. We use it for screen pops and IVR. You'll need to register as a developer with Nortel to get much useful information.

RWhite,

How well does this work with your screen pop's?
We are thinking of screen pop's and I was wondering how this works.
