The idea is to have customer enter in their sit ID and then have Clarify pop the CSR's screen with all the info. Then we want to transfer to other agents with the same screen and so on. Rep Power: 6 ![]() | It's a custom application brewed up here in our own Unix shop by our gurus. Also, you may find that support for your 4.0 is getting pretty slim so I wouldn't be surprised if any of the commercial vendors would want you to upgrade. | ||||||||
